After purchasing tickets, you can access them in several ways:
You will receive an email with a link to view your ticket and QR code.
SHOCAL App
- Open the app and go to My Tickets
- Tap on your event
- Show the QR code at entry
Apple Wallet / Google Wallet
Add your ticket to your phone's wallet for quick access at the venue. The pass will appear on your lock screen when you arrive.
At the venue
Present your QR code to be scanned. You can show it on your phone screen or print it out.
