Once your order is placed, you can track it in real-time:
On the website
- Go to My Orders in your account
- Click on the active order
- View the live status updates
On the app
- Open the SHOCAL app
- Tap the Orders tab
- Your active order will show at the top with live tracking
Order stages
- Order Received - We have got your order
- Driver Assigned - A driver is on the way to collect
- Preparing - The shop is preparing your items
- On the way - Your order is being delivered
- Delivered - Enjoy!
